If you want to grow your business, you have to network with other business professionals. I had a great time at the Hatch Tribe Speed Meet & Greet yesterday evening. Going to networking events is not my favorite part of being a business owner, as I am an introvert at heart, but the more events I attend the more confidence I gain. If your business is important to you make sure you’re out there networking!
I have found so many great networking events in the Charleston area. You can attend First Friday, Tech After Five, Summerville Chamber of Commerce, Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce and so many more group’s events. There are also amazing groups just for female business owners like Mirelli and Hatch Tribe. You can find many calendars out there full of business networking events in the lowcountry by using Google search.
A few I have on my calendar in the coming weeks are:
- Mirelli Mastermind which occurs weekly on Tuesday mornings at 9 am at the Tanger Panera
- Tech After Five on Tuesday, February 27th starting at 5:30pm at the Liberty Tap Room in Mount Pleasant
- Startup Grind featuring Adam Fetsch the founder of Rewined candles on February 28th from 6 to 8 pm at the Harbor Entrepreneur Center on King Street
- First Friday networking on March 2nd from 5:30 to 8:30pm at the Bay Street Biergarten in downtown Charleston
